A happy little altar with the drink of choice of my pagan Viking ancestors. Mead. From Redstone Meadery in Boulder. I’ll probably drink it around a bonfire, while the prettiest snow I’ve seen in three winters in a row floats down around us.
Edit: Just FYI, the flag is the background is from the region in which I taught this year. I spent my first winter solstice in June in La Región de Magallanes y de la Antártica Chilena.Happy Solstice Everyone!
