The garden for the summer is started, officially! Russell insists that we call it The Octopus’ Garden, in honour of his favourite animal. Tomatoes, rosemary, basil, corn, potatoes, chills, Barry (our house-tree), curry, onions, garlic…a good many yummy things for us to enjoy this summer! And more will come, I’m sure.
Coleen Monroe-Knight is a Colorado native who has left a trail of new homes for herself around the world. She's set foot in 30 countries and lived on four continents in the last eleven years.
Her nomad homes are in Colorado, Chilean Patagonia, France, Italy, Switzerland, South Korea, England, China, and Iceland. Her latest travel adventures took her to Yunnan, Beijing, Jiangxi, and Southern China.
Although Covid-19 has made it harder to travel physically in recent time, she has recently taken up a new adventure: parenthood!
