A ten-hour day (not counting the commute) calls for a cocktail. We recently invested in a couple bottles for a Home Bar so that we can relax after pulling shifts normally reserved for ER doctors (‘OH my god, Jimmy! Why did you eat that crayon AGAIN?!?! No, don’t eat that, Juju! Nobody can learn phonics if they are pooping crayons!”).
That’s right, intensives are coming.
And thus, the Summer Cocktail School kicks off again. I’m a trained bartender this time, and my Brewdog roots show in the fact that most of my cocktail recipes feature beer as a key ingredient. Enjoy!
