Dettifoss and Myvatn: Late uploads from iceland

These pictures are from our last vacation in Iceland, about a month ago. I have been in the US for about 36 hours and I’m already missing Iceland so much.

Dettifoss is a massive gray waterfall in the North, near the Arctic Circle. It is the most powerful in Europe by sheer volume, and it is very impressive.

Myvatn has its own ‘blue lagoon,’ which is a little cheaper than THE Blue Lagoon in the South and just as good. There is a volcano that is easily climbed in 20 minutes, with panoramic views of the surrounding area. Some places around there are like being on another planet.

Can I go back right now?
