I Love Seoul in the Rain

All the colors come out to play in their muted glory, instead of the cacophony of neon that nighttime brings. It’s just perfect and cozy.

  1. Being from Seattle – I whole-heartedly agree. That’s one of the main reasons I plan to move from sultry and sunshiny Saigon – to the drizzle of Dalat!
